No Regrets is one of the funniest books I’ve ever read. The tattoos are sheer lunacy and the authors’ comments are even funnier than the tattoos. They take no prisoners.

i am not sure, but you know you can shift without using the clutch pedal that way unless that is what you are talking about, that is where the plate will be stressed the least but it seems to me when down shifting you would want the rpms down not up.
