It depends on the speed of your artist and the intricacy of your design. Unless the artist was a complete moron, a tiny butterfly would not take 2 1/2 hours. The outline for my tattoo (which isn't even a half sleeve, more like a quarter) took about 2 1/2 hours, so for a half sleeve you're probably looking at a full sitting, maybe 2, depending on the artist. The only way to find out for sure is to go to different artists in your area and get price quotes and estimates on times and sittings and whatnot.

any color such as brown, sand, sage…has that beach look ro it and of course those shorts make it look even more so, if you want a nicer look trade the shorts for the jeans…:P have fun!!!
