Navy has an Eagle, Ship and Anchor
Marines have an Eagle Globe and anchor
Air Force have some weird mosaic looking eagle.
Due to such large numbers of Sailors in that war, it was probably a Navy tattoo. If he was a fighter pilot, you probably would have known it….
He won’t have been airforce as there was none in ww1, does the eagle face left or right? so that leaves marine/navy or army. Any numbers or something you may see as cryptic under the tattoo maybe enclosed in a scroll?
Ok, all services have the eagle on their emblem. The Army and Air Force have the eagle that resembles the U.S. Seal, the Marine Corps has the Eagle, Globe and Anchor, and the Navy has the Eagle, shield and anchor.
the scots greys have an eagle as their emblem after charles ewart captured the french eagle of the 45th regiment at the battle of waterloo.
The tattoo doesn’t necessarily mean a specific branch. Many servicemen got eagle tats since it is a major representation of America.
The eagle represents United States Air Force.
Tattoos were pretty unusual for anyone except Sailors in World War One.
i would have to say the air force

I was an MP in the US Marines for 6 years, and believe it or not, the schooling that all MP's get to is basically the same, so matter what branch of service. You get the same instruction on the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which is the military law. The Marines and army guys go to Ft Leonardwood for training. The Air Force guys go to some place in Texas, and I don't know where the Navy goes. For your application/interview, any military experience with good discharge papers is a plus. How you look on paper is a great starter, but you will be put to the test in the interview. Military discipline and professionalism is something the brass definitely like to see, and it will make you stand out among the other prospects.

“”Well,” he said, “there’s always [with] Mario Bava the sort of singularity, that use of very powerful colors. I mean, he was a wonderful cinematographer, and I always loved the thriller-horror films he made in the late ‘50s, early ‘60s. I keep referring to them – Black Sunday and the trilogy, Black Sabbath they call it. [They have] some remarkable stuff. There’s no doubt about that. And Bava’s use of less being more, the use of a little bit of mist, a twisted branch. That sort of thing. It’s something I always use for inspiration in a way.”"
They do the same thing that other people do. Buying a house is a personal financial decision, whether or not you're in the military.

WOW
Depends a lot on your unit.
In my experience we typically worked 9 hours on weekdays, plus unit PT (30 minutes each) 3 times a week, plus any guard duty (averaged about 1 hour a week for me).
In the dirt it was 12 on/12 off 7 days a week plus around 6 hours of guard duty every week.
But even if you're not at work you're "on call" all the time. I've worked many a evening past 1630 and many a weekend.
